What You Actually Receive
Every engagement ends with written deliverables your team owns: a current-state assessment, a target architecture diagram, a prioritised roadmap with effort and sequencing, and a risk register. Documents are produced in Arabic and English, and written to be handed to any implementer — including one that is not us.
We work alongside your existing IT team rather than over them. When the right answer is to keep what you have, or to buy a product instead of building one, that is what the report will say.
Common Questions About IT Consulting
How is this different from hiring a developer?+
A developer builds what you specify. Consulting comes earlier: deciding what should be built at all, what to buy instead, how systems should fit together, and in which order to spend. Skipping that step is why many organisations end up with systems that duplicate each other.
How long does an engagement take?+
An assessment of a single area usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A full transformation roadmap across the organisation typically takes 6 to 10 weeks, depending on how many departments and systems are in scope.
Do you help with NCA and PDPL compliance?+
We assess your current position against those requirements and produce a prioritised remediation plan. We are not a certification body — final certification comes through the relevant authority or an accredited auditor, and we prepare you for it.
Can you work with our existing IT team?+
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. Your team knows the organisation; we bring outside perspective and the comparison of how similar problems were solved elsewhere. Recommendations are reviewed with them, not delivered over their heads.
What if your recommendation is to do nothing?+
Then we say so, and explain why. A report recommending a smaller change, or none, is more valuable than one that justifies its own fee with a project you did not need.
Do you help implement afterwards?+
If you want us to. The roadmap is written so any competent implementer can execute it, and you are free to run a tender. Many clients ask us to oversee delivery instead, keeping the build honest against the architecture.
