Eligibility for Refund
- Service cancellations made within 7 days of contract signing before any work has commenced.
- Technical failures or service delivery issues that are solely attributable to Tecorva.
- Duplicate payments or billing errors made by our system.
- Subscription cancellations before the next billing cycle starts.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client.
- Cancellations made after 7 days of contract signing or after work has commenced.
- Custom development work that has already been completed.
- Third-party service fees paid on behalf of the client.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Bank transfers may take an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@tecorva.com with your order reference.
- Provide your full name, contract number, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
- If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Saudi Consumer Protection Authority.
- Disputes are subject to Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
- All communications regarding disputes must be submitted in writing.
